# How to create a form

### Create forms from the Forms section and add them to your site when needed.

Forms are managed from the **Forms** section in the top menu. From there, you can create forms, define their fields, edit the confirmation message, and configure how submissions are delivered.

## Build the form

Use the **Form builder** tab to define the fields that users will complete. The available field types include:

* Short Text
* Long Text
* Email
* Dropdown
* Check box
* Radio button
* Countries dropdown
* Legal text
* Note
* Recipients dropdown
* Date picker

Add the fields you need, then reorder them to match the desired form structure.

## Configure fields

Each field can be edited individually. Depending on the field type, you can change its label, options, required status, or supporting configuration. Use the required option only for fields that are truly necessary to process the request.

## Confirmation message

Use the **Confirmation message** tab to define the message shown after a form is submitted successfully. On multilingual sites, write or translate the confirmation message for each active language.

## Add the form to a page

After creating the form, add it to a page using a form block. The form structure is managed from **Forms**, while the way it appears on the page depends on the block design.

|| Creating a form does not automatically display it on the website. Add it to a page with a form block when it is ready.
