How to create a page

Choose where to create the page

New pages are created from the page tree. You can choose where the page should appear depending on the site structure. You can create a new page in three ways:

• First-level page: Use the Add page button at the end of the Pages list. This creates a new page in the main page structure.
• Subpage: Hover over an existing page that supports subpages and use the Add subpage button. This creates a page inside that parent page.
• Landing page: Use the Add landing button in the Landings section. Landing pages do not belong to the main navigation tree.

Add the page name and URL slug

For each new page, enter a Page name and a URL slug.

• The Page name is the name shown in the menu and in the page tree.
• The URL slug is the user-friendly, descriptive part of a web address that comes after the domain name. For example, in https://example.com/rooms, the slug is rooms.

When you enter the page name, the platform automatically generates the URL slug. You can edit the slug manually if you need a different URL.

Page names in multiple languages

By default, the same page name is applied to all site languages. If the site uses multiple languages, you can translate the page name into all site languages using AI. This helps keep menus and page URLs consistent across languages without editing each language manually.

Choose the page design

Once the page is created, choose how you want to build its design. You can start from:

• Blank page: An empty canvas where you can start designing from scratch.
• Import page: A page copied from another site in the same workspace.
• Section gallery: A pre-designed page from the gallery, created from ready-made sections.

After selecting an option, you can use the CMS to continue editing the page by adding or removing blocks, changing designs, and updating the content.
