Receive an email copy of each form submission

Receive an email copy every time a form is submitted.

Form submissions are stored in Leads. You can also configure the form to send an email copy to one or more recipients each time a user submits it.

Set up email sending

Open Forms, select the form you want to configure, and go to the Email sending tab. Enter the email addresses that should receive a copy of each submission. You can add more than one recipient by separating email addresses with commas.

From the same tab, configure the email details:

  • Mail system: The system used to send the email.
  • Sender's name: The name shown as the sender.
  • Subject: The subject line of the email.
  • Sender's email: The email address used as the sender.
  • Reply to: The address used when the recipient replies to the email.

Save and test

Save the changes and send a test submission from the website. Check that the email arrives correctly and that replies go to the expected address.

Receiving an email copy does not replace Leads. Submitted forms remain available in the CMS.
