How integrations work

Connect external tools and third-party services from the Integrations section.

Integrations are managed from Settings → Integrations. They let you connect external tools to the site, such as analytics platforms, cookie consent tools, marketing services, maps, booking-related tools, chat systems, or other third-party services.

The integrations available may change depending on the workspace, site configuration, and permissions.

Activate an integration

To activate an integration, open Settings → Integrations and select the service you want to connect. Each integration asks for the information it needs to work. Depending on the service, this may be an account ID, container ID, tracking code, URL, script, API key, or another provider-specific value.

Visible integrations

Some integrations only add scripts or tracking to the site. Others are used to display external content on a public page. If an integration should display something visible on the website, you may also need to add the corresponding block to the page where it should appear. For example, this could be a map, booking bar, iframe, form, review block, or another integration-specific section.

Review the result

After activating an integration, review the site in preview or on the published website, depending on how the integration works. Check that the integration loads correctly, that the required IDs or scripts are correct, and that it is not duplicated through another integration, Google Tag Manager, or custom code.

The fields required to activate an integration depend on the external service. Always use the values provided by that service.
